Less to remember.
A clear next step.
Customer sends a website request
  1. A lead record is created. The details go into your Google Sheet.
  2. The owner gets an alert.A new inquiry is ready for attention.
  3. The follow-up starts. An automated message goes to the lead.

A good business.
A lot on one person.

The crew got bigger. The calls kept coming. But the schedule, customer details, and follow-up still run through your head.

This is for owner-led service companies, often in years 3–5 with around 10–50 people. The work is there. The way you keep track needs to catch up.

“Who called back?”

“Where’s that job?”

“Did we send the invoice?”

You shouldn’t have to be the system.
Let’s put one in place.

Fix the front door.
Then the work behind it.

Two starting points. Choose the part of the business that needs attention first.

Level 1 · Website + lead flow

Turn new inquiries
into a clear next step.

$1,500project fee

Replace the basic brochure site with a clean website and a working path for incoming leads.

  • A website rebuild for your service business
  • Lead capture into a Google Sheet
  • Instant lead alerts through n8n + Twilio
  • Automated messaging for new inquiries

Start here if: the website needs work and new inquiries are still scattered.

Level 2 · Housecall Pro rollout

Give the whole team
one place to work.

About $5,0004–6 weeks

A full Housecall Pro implementation around how your business handles a job, from first inquiry to final invoice.

  • Leads and customer records
  • Scheduling and dispatch
  • An invoicing workflow
  • Setup around your team’s day-to-day work

Start here if: the office, crew, and owner need a shared way to run the work.

Discuss your project

Project work and software costs are separate. Housecall Pro, Twilio, hosting, and other software or usage charges are not included. We confirm the exact scope and total before work starts.

Level 1 can stand on its own. When Housecall Pro is the right next step, we fold in the lead flow where your plan and the supported connections allow it.

A simple web presence before the website rebuild and lead-flow implementation.

Implemented

Website + automated lead flow

Rebuilt climacarehvac.com, with Google Sheets, n8n, and Twilio supporting lead capture and messaging.

Next step

Moving toward Housecall Pro

The next stage is bringing more of the daily operation together. This implementation is not yet complete.

A clear scope.
A working handoff.

The point is a system you can follow, with the important steps checked before handoff.

  1. Map the work

We look at where inquiries arrive, who needs the information, and how jobs move through your business. Then we agree on the scope.

  2. Build and test

I set up the agreed website, lead flow, or Housecall Pro workflow. We check the handoffs with test data and make any limits clear.

  3. Walk through it together

You see where the information goes, what the team uses, and what still needs a person. Any ongoing work is agreed separately.

Before we
start anything.

A few practical questions about the work, the software, and what’s included.

Do I need Housecall Pro to start?

No. The Level 1 website and Google Sheets/n8n/Twilio lead flow can run on their own. Level 2 makes sense when your team needs leads, scheduling, dispatch, and invoicing brought together.

Housecall Pro already offers onboarding. What’s different here?

Housecall Pro’s MAX plan includes onboarding and basic data import. This is a separately scoped implementation project around your business’s workflow. We first check what the vendor already provides, then define the setup and handoffs you still need.

This is independent implementation work, not a claim of Housecall Pro certification or partnership.

Will my existing tools connect automatically?

Connections need to be checked before they’re promised. Housecall Pro API access requires the MAX plan, and its API does not expose every action available inside the app.

We confirm your plan, the information involved, and the supported actions during scoping. If a connection is unsuitable, the Level 1 lead flow can remain separate.

What costs continue after the project?

Vendor subscriptions, hosting, and usage charges are separate from the project fee. That can include Housecall Pro and Twilio. Any maintenance or ongoing support needs its own agreed scope.

How long will the work take?

The Housecall Pro rollout is planned around 4–6 weeks. The website and lead-flow schedule is confirmed after we review your starting point. Scope, access, and any dependencies are agreed before work starts.
